Lets go Royals!!!

Connor had a great baseball season this year.  His team was the Royals.  He played pitcher, 1st base, and 2nd base.  He has improved so much since last season.  He had some really great hits, a couple clear outfield.  His pitching has really improved too.  I am so proud of him!

The last games of the season were a tounament.  Connors team took 2nd place.  They played great.  After the big game the coaches turned on the big fire hose and the boys got soaked!  It was a fun season.

T-Ball....Go Red Sox!!!

This year Mckenna played T-ball for the first time.  Her team was the Red Sox.  She played really well.  By the end of the season we could see a lot of improvement.  She was hitting the ball better and she was running toward the ball.  It was so much fun to watch her and see her improvements.  Our last game was against her best friend and cousin Sophie.  It was fun to see them play together.

Army Helicopters

The highlight of our Fish Lake trip was probably when we saw these Army helicopters.  We were going for a walk around the lake and came upon these in a clearing.  We walked over and started looking.  The pilot and crew told us we could get in and take pictures.  They were super nice.  

The next morning we were going over to go fishing and we got to the helicopters right as they were taking off.  We watched them both take off and fly around.  It was super cool.
