Fun in July!!

July has been a busy but fun month.  We had a slew of children over for a movie and a sleepover.  That was fun!

Cute 4th of July hairdos and outfits.  We went to the parade in Fillmore and went to the park for lunch and festivities.  Later in the evening we had dinner at my mom and dads.  Then we went back to Fillmore for the fireworks.  It was a fun hot day!

This pic of Mckenna is on our way to the dentist.  She had to have 4 cavities filled and she was a rockstar!  She say still and let them do what they needed to do. They were praising her and saying what an awesome kid she is!

We had Sophie for the evening and so we went up Kanosh canyon, roasted hot dogs, and made smores.

Thanye came and finally started on our mantel.  This is the granite so far.  It will have some word wood on it eventually.

All 4 of my kids completed the library summer reading challenge.  The little girls party was in the morning and the big kids went alone in the afternoon.  They got to play on a waterslide and in this cool foam.  They did a drawing for a kindle fire and Mckenna won!!

We took a mini family vacation to St. George.  This is the only pic I took!  We stayed for two nights.  We did a lot of swimming, shopping, eating, and we went and saw the new Minions movie.  It was a fun weekend with just our cute little family.

Gorgeous view out my bedroom window.

And finally we celebrated the 24th of July here in good old Meadow.  In the  morning we went to the park and the kids played on the waterslide.  In the afternoon we went to the parade.  Connor was able to walk with the scouts.  Macie was on the activity days float.  My dad was on the bishopric float.  It was fun and the kids got oodles of candy.

This and that of June!

June has been a busy, fun, and hot month!  We have been to a lot of baseball and t-ball games and have really enjoyed it.

The kids have been going to story hour.  The first story hour was animals.  At the end there were a few animals you could go touch.  Mckenna was my only kid who wanted to touch (older kids had done it before).  She touched a huge rabbit and a skunk!

Every year in June we go to Delta to the rodeo.  It was really great this year, a lot better than previous years.  The kids had a really fun time.  Callie especially liked the clown who walked on the fence.

Gotta love a great daddy who plays Barbies with his girls.

We were able to do a little more landscaping on our yard.  We moved a bazillion huge rocks and lined the bottom of our grass area with them. It looks really great.

Its tough playing ball!!

Beautiful tattoos from dad!

Sweet sisters.
