Cute Kids!!

I love when my kids are getting along well and curl up together on the recliner to watch a movie. They can be so "angelic!" On the 25th of July we had some fireworks at home. The kids had a lot of fun with snaps and sparklers. On another "boring" hot day, Ty made them a tent under the kitchen table. That was a lot of fun for them also.

Daisy Doodle

For about a month now we have had an empty dog run. My sis, Shelby, had this adorable little basset hound that she could no longer keep in the house. So we brought her home and made her our own! Her name is Daisy and she is so adorable. I will have to record her cute howling bark!! The kids love her and we are so excited that she gets to be ours!!

Happy Birthday Ty!!!

Today is Ty's 30th birthday! I just wanted to wish him a very happy birthday and let him know how much he is appreciated. I am so lucky to have such a wonderful man as my husband and father to my two beautiful children. He is such a great provider and takes such great care of us. With Ty I know that me and the kids always come first.
Macie says: Happy Birthday daddy I love you so much!
Connor says: Happy Birthday dada I love you!
I diddo exactly what the kids say. I hope you have a wonderful day and you know how special you are to us. Love you so much!!!

**The KING of Country**

Last night we had such a great time. My parents, Ty, and I went to Usana and saw an amazing concert! First up was Julianne Hough. She was great. She is really cute and seems genuine. Next up was Blake Shelton. He was a riot! He was so much fun and sang really great. And then the big show.....GEORGE STRAIT!!! He was so awesome. He sounds just like he does on his cds. Every song he sang was great. There isn't a song he sings that you can't sing along with. He put on such a great show. He came out for an encore and sang 3 more songs! It was such a fun time. The only complaint I have was the parking at usana. It took us FOREVER to get out of the parking lot. We finally escaped on a back road that I don't think was supposed to be used but people were using it. I am so glad we got a hotel room because we didn't get to it until 1:30! We had such a great time. It was so much fun being with Ty and my parents. Thanks a TON to Morgan and Shelby for keeping the kids!

Swimming

Summertime....time for outdoor kiddie pools. My kids love the water. This is the fun new swimming pool we got this year. They have a blast going down the slide. Its so nice that its finally warm enough to swim, but it seems like the wind blows every day!

We had a wonderful 4th of July celebration. As always we went to Fillmore and watched the ever so exciting parade! Then we headed into the park to visit, eat some lunch, and stand in hot lines to play games! In the evening we went to Grandma Framptons house for some yummy dutch oven food. Then we moved around to the front of the house and enjoyed fireworks. Personally I enjoy watching the kids reactions to the fireworks the most! Connor absolutely loved them. Macie couldn't wait for them to start. She loves them too. Oh and I must mention to put an exclamation point on the celebrating for Ty and I....Tony Stewart won the big race at Daytona!!!

Our trip to the Zoo

On July 1st Ty and I took Macie and Connor to the zoo. They were so excited to go. We got there at about 10:00am so that we could beat the heat. They were very excited to go on the train and the carousel. We saw a lot of fun animals. We had a really good time just hanging out as a little family!
