Brotherly Lovin....

A few days ago I could hear giggling coming from the living room.  I peeked in front of the recliner and this is what I saw!  Connor was lovin on his little sister!  They were rollin on the floor and just having a great time!  I am so lucky that my kids love each other so much!!

Last Day of School

Today was Macie's last day of 1st grade.  She has been so sad all week because she has absolutely loved her class and teacher.  She has had a great year and has improved on everything so much.  She has been officially promoted to 2nd grade!  She also got an award for perfect attendance.  She says she was the only one in the school to receive this award!  I am super proud of her and the hard work she has done all year long!

My Little T-Baller

Connor had his last T-Ball game last night.  He has just been a joy to watch.  I have loved going and watching him play.  With all the dang rain though, 3 games got cancelled.  These are the cute pictures he had taken.  Isn't he the cutest little T-baller ever!!

A couple weeks ago my awesome sis in law Amanda (AKA amandakaymemories.com) came to Fillmore and took new family pictures for my whole family!  I love how they turned out!  This is just a few of what she took....she got some great shots!  Thanks Amanda we love them!!!

Swingin...

On Saturday I took Mckenna out to swing on the swing set.  She loved it!  She is a bit small for the swing and I couldn't find a hat for her so she is wearing Connor's huge one, but she had a great time.  The kids thought it was so fun that they could all swing together.

~11 Years Ago...~

I married my best friend!!!  I cannot believe its been 11 years.  Some days that seems impossible and other days it feels like we have been together forever!  We have had our fair share of struggles but I know that we are best friends and we share a wonderful love.  He is a fantastic husband and father and I am so blessed to have him in my life.  Happy Anniversary Ty....I love you!!!

My Little Preschool Graduate

Today was Connor's last day of preschool.  He is an official preschool graduate!!  They had a cute little program; singing songs and showing us the fun things they have learned.  Preschool has been amazing for Connor!  I can't believe how much he has come out of his shell and all of the things he has learned.  He and I will definitely miss it!  Thanks Miss Monica for a great year at preschool!

The elementary school program this year was patriotic based.  Macie did a great job dancing and singing.  I was super proud of her!  Sorry the pics are really cruddy; we had to sit way up top and so we got what we got!

Milestones for Mckenna

Today I fed Mckenna rice cereal for the first time.  She did so well!  She ate the whole tablespoon or so of it.  She was so happy and would say "yum" when she was sucking it off the spoon.  This is the latest I have waited with any of my kids and I am so happy I did.  She ate it so much better than the other two!
Yesterday Macie made Mckenna giggle!  It was the sweetest sound ever!  I can't wait to hear it again.

Obsessions

So I have some obsessions in my life.  I am just going to tell you of a few!  I am obsessed with watching Connor play T-ball!  I LOVE it!!!  He gets so excited and he plays so well and he enjoys it!  He played great yesterday and these were just a few pics I snapped!

So my next obsession is this sweet little baby girl!  I love all the new things she is beginning to do (although it makes me sad for her to grow up!)  I love kissing all her little fat rolls and singing to her.  I love that she smiles when she sees me and (for the most part) I can make everything better!  Can't remember life without her!

I have two obsessions with Macie.  I love love love listening to her read!  She does so great and I can't believe the difference from the first of the school year until now.  I am also obsessed with listening to her talk to Mckenna!  She has nearly gotten Mckenna to giggle.  Mckenna loves when she talks to her and they "talk" to each other and its so sweet...as you will see in this video!
