First Day of First Grade

I cannot believe my little girl is in 1st grade!!! She was so excited to go to school, but a little nervous because she stays all day long now! I was more nervous this year as well. Mrs. Beckstrand is her teacher and we were both super excited about that!

~What a Surprise.....~

Last Sunday we went up to visit my mom since she had been in California for 2 1/2 weeks. The kids missed her soooooo bad. We walked in and who do you think we found sitting there???? Shelby and Sophie!!!! We were so super duper excited. We have had to go up and be with them everyday since! We have had so much fun with the two of them. We all fight over who gets to hold Sophie. She is such a good and sweet baby and she has the best mommy in the whole world!

*Macie's 6th Birthday*

Macie is 6! I cannot believe it. It seems like only yesterday I was begging Ty to let us have a baby and now she is going to first grade! This year she wanted to have a friend birthday party. Several of her cute little friends came and I think they had a really great time. They played some water games and decorated cupcakes. Connor loved being in the middle of all these girls!!

The night of Macie's birthday we had a family party. We all got together and had cake and ice cream. Macie got a lot of school clothes (which I was very happy about!!!). It was a really fun day and she seemed to enjoy it.

I just want to tell Macie how much I love her and I am so glad that she is my daughter. I am so proud of her and I hope she had a great birthday!!!

20 weeks

I don't normally like posting pictures of myself, so this is a new one for me! In this picture I am exactly 20 weeks. This is the earliest I have ever been so big! I really popped between 17 and 18 weeks and I have been huge ever since! I guess that's what a 4th pregnancy can do to you. I am finally letting myself enjoy this pregnancy. I am feeling really really good. I am feeling this little monkey move around and kick. If the placenta wasn't being a cushion, I can't imagine how much stronger these kicks would be! And I have to admit I really adore the two little feet that are ALWAYS kicking my bladder! I love being pregnant and I am so thankful to be able to do it again!

About my absolutely gorgeous niece....Sophie! These were taken at the hospital when she was 1 day old. Aren't they just beautiful! Good Job Shelby and Taylor....you make a beautiful baby!

Ultrasound!!!!!

Today was our big ultrasound day!!! I was so excited, but also a little nervous. Last time we did this we didn't get the best news. As I was lying on the table getting ready for the ultrasound my little monkey started kicking....so I felt much better!
This baby was soooooo active! For the most part the baby was facing my back, so we were lucky to get the profile pictures we got. As of right now the baby is in the breech position, but has easily enough time to flip. Also my placenta is anterior, which means there is a barrier between the baby and my abdomen. So he told me I wouldn't feel kicks quite as strongly.
Ty and I held strong and did not find out the sex of the baby! The ultrasound tech said in the first 30 seconds of the ultrasound he knew the sex, but we stuck to it and are going to wait for a December surprise! This baby was so wiggly, it didn't cooperate for very great pictures. But I am happy with the great news we got today!!!
