Nationals at Lagoon!!

The first weekend of May Macie had national dance competition at Lagoon.  We decided to make a weekend out of it.  We went up Friday night and stayed at a hotel.  We went swimming and the kids loved that.  Saturday morning we headed to Lagoon.  We spent the whole day there.  Macie did great in her 3 dances.  The kids had fun riding the rides.  This was Mckenna and Callies first time at Lagoon.  They all loved the space scrambler.  Mckenna hated Puff, but loved the log ride.  Macie went on the white roller coaster.  We had a really great day.  We spent another night.  Sunday morning we went to Cabellas.  Then we came home.  Such a great weekend!! 

Coloring Easter Eggs

Over Spring break we didn't do much.  Tyson had pneumonia and Connor had a toothache and ended up with a filling.  But we did color eggs.  I feel like a horrible mother.  This is the first time my little girls colored eggs!  They had a lot of fun.  Poor Connors mouth was sore and he wasn't feeling super.  It was a fun little activity!

Richfield Dance Competition

The 2nd weekend of April, Macie had a dance competition in Richfield.  Her first dance wasn't until 9:30pm Saturday night.  Since Tyson was diagnosed a day before with pneumonia, he stayed home with the kids.  So it ended up being just a mom and daughter date!  They danced so well.  They got 3 high gold 1st places!!  I was so proud of Macie.
After we left the competition after 10:45pm we got word it was snowing all the way home.  We decided to spend the night.  We had a great time together!
