Bob That Head!!!!!!

Yesterday Tyson and I went on the best date ever!!! We went up north and ate at the Ruby River Steakhouse. It was awesome. Then we went to Energy Solutions Arena and saw a great concert. We saw Jessica Simpson and Rascal Flatts!!!!! It was so much fun. They put on a great show. Rascal Flatts was so interactive with the crowd. We had great seats and the way the stage was set up we got to see them up close. We had such a great time. It was so nice for Tyson and I to go ALONE and just enjoy each other. Thank you so much to my mom, dad, and sisters for keeping the kids!!

I'll cut my hair myself!!!

Well on wednesday Tyson walked in on Macie in the bathroom. She was putting nail scissors into the cupboard. She looked at Tyson and said "nothing." Well I heard him say "Are you kidding me?" Then I heard him say your mom is going to kill you. So I decided I better go in and see what happened. I walked in the bathroom and saw a pile of hair in the garbage. I started to cry! She hadn't done too much damage but she got the sides pretty good. It almost looks like she layered her hair. So we might need to visit Jamie for a little fixing! AHHH!!!!

Two new puppies.....Are we Crazy?!!!

So on Saturday Tyson came home from work and said that he saw a sign up for free lab puppies. He had always had big dogs growing up and he really wanted the kids to grow up with a big outside dog. So I got a little excited and we went to look. He said that he wanted a black one. When we got there he said oh the brown ones are so cute too. So then (dumb me) said well maybe we should get two so they won't be lonely and they will have a friend. So we brought home two! There names are Brutus and Buckly. The kids absolutely love them. They spent one night in the house and by the next afternoon I had had enough of there whining and mess making so now they are outside!!! Anyway they are alot of fun and now my hubby and kids are happy!

Happy Birthday Connor!

My baby boy is 2! Connor had his brithday on January 18th. I cannot believe that he is already two. We had a little family party and had cake and ice cream. It was alot of fun. As you can tell by the pictures Connor doesn't really like an audience. He got some fun things and some cute clothes. I am so blessed to have this sweet little boy as my son. I love you so much Connor and hope you had a great day!

Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas! I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas. I am so thankful that Heavenly Father sent his son to be born for us. He gave us all such a wonderful gift. Christmas is such a wonderful and special holiday. We certainly enjoyed it at our house. Macie got a lot of fun things. The one thing she really wanted was a baby alive. She was so excited when she opened that present. She also got a leapfrog leapster and a disney princess bike. She was a very happy girl. Connor is so easy to please. But a few months ago in a catalog he saw a truck he kept trying to get out of the book. He would bring the catalog over and say "big cock!" Well when we gave him the truck on Christmas morning he yells "big cock" and runs right over to it! Needless to say he has lived in that truck every since yesterday morning. He absolutely loves it. Its so fun to see the kids so happy and excited.

Christmas Eve Party

On Christmas Eve we all go up to my mom and dads for a little party. We ate french bread pizza and then we exchanged gifts. We also "try" to watch It's a Wonderful Life. But with all these little kids running around it can sure be hard. Macie got a princess dress up set from grandma and grandpa. My niece Satasha was such a sweetheart to play with Macie. They dressed up and were having a ball. Then during the movie Shelby, Satasha, and Macie were posing for pictures. They turned out so adorable!

Christmas Eve

My kids were so excited for Christmas this year. On Christmas Eve day we made sugar cookies for Santa Claus. We went to the church Christmas Eve party that we go to every year. Connor and my nephew Brayson looked so cute in there matching coats. They are four months apart. Macie was in the program and sang really good. Connor rang bells at the end of the program with the rest of the nursery. Then Santa Claus came and the kids sat on his lap. Macie liked him this year, but I think I scarred Connor for life. I made him sit long enough for a picture and he was crying the whole time. Then we opened up one present which of course was pajamas!
