March so far.....

March so far has been pretty wild.  The kids wanted to go to Dr. Seuss day at the library.  We went and the balloon guy made every kid in line a balloon animal.  It was really fun.

A lot has happened with the house.  The wood floor got all finished.  For the most part all of the painting is finished.  There are still a few touch ups to do.  All of the plumbing is finished.  The outside cement is finished.  The carpet is finished.  Electric is almost finished.  Everything should be getting finished up this weekend or the beginning of next week.  We just need to close and its all ours!  I think the real stress of the whole house building is happening now.  Everything is so close to being finished.  There are only a few things left.  I wish everyone would just hurry and finish because I want to be there.  I will be so so so glad when we have closed!

Callie was saying all of this silly stuff and concentrating so hard on her calculator.  It was cute.

February Happenings.....

February has been a busy month.  We have spent a lot of time in Meadow working on the house.  Everything else has been neglected!

We have spent a lot of time at Roper Lumber.

On the 17th we celebrated grandmas 1st birthday in Heaven. She would have been 85.  We took flowers and balloons up to her grave.  We don't have all the grandkids in the pic because the good ones weren't sluffing school....hahahaha

As always babysitting Maggie!

The last few weeks we have had sickness.  Poor little Cal fevered for days.  She was one sick girl.

Church totally wore her out!

The house is getting so close to being finished.  We got all of the rain gutters put on.  Tyson and I have been painting fools.  Ty sprayed all of the ceilings and walls with primer.  Then he also sprayed the ceilings white and some of the walls.  I rolled all the different color that we wanted.  I am almost done.  I am going today to finish up Connors wall and touch ups on the other walls.  The showers got finished up this month.  The cabinets and counter tops have been installed and we are very pleased.  They are beautiful!  The wood floor is just about finished up.  Carpet will be any day and our garage door will come next week along with the plumber and electrician.  We are really on the countdown now!  I can't believe that we will be in our house in a matter of weeks.  It still doesn't seem real!!!

And last but not least, last night Connor received his Bobcat at scouts!  I am so proud of him!
