First season of tackle football

So very unexpectedly, we found out that the 5th graders were being allowed to play tackle football this year!  Connor was very excited, but also a bit nervous.  I am so proud of him and his dedication.  They started practicing before school even started in August and didn't finish up until October 11th.  There were struggles but I saw a lot of improvement throughout the season.  He played offense and defense.  They were really a lot of fun to watch play.  Connor started out on the gray team as #1.  Then the last two games he was in the white jersey #32.  Good job Connor!!!!

Schools Back!!

On Wednesday August 16th Macie, Connor, and Mckenna started school.  This year Macie is in 8th grade.  This is the biggest grade in the middle school.  Connor is in middle school this year in 5th grade.  His teacher is Mrs. Beeston.  Mckenna is in 1st grade and her teacher is Mrs. Beckstrand.  

The first day of school was full of jitters, but excitement.  Callie had to do some poses with the kids that morning.

 Callie's first day of school was August 23th.  She is in preschool and has Mrs. Monroe.  She could not wait to go.  She doesn't go until the afternoon so waiting to go is super hard.  She was excited to have Hank in her class and her new friend Leeah.  She has loved school so far!
